Site duties, contacts, escalation procedures and client expectations communicated before deployment.
Professional conduct
Clear expectations regarding appearance, punctuality, communication and behaviour.
Incident reporting
Reporting arrangements agreed according to the assignment.
Additional screening
DBS checks, employment screening or other checks undertaken where legally appropriate and required for the role or client.
Health and safety
Personnel expected to follow site rules, assignment instructions and applicable safety procedures.
Insurance and accreditations: we will publish details of public liability insurance, employers’ liability insurance and any formal accreditations only once the relevant cover or approval has been arranged and verified. We do not display certification logos we have not obtained.
